Wine, Women, and Awards
The expression goes “wine, women, and song,” but in this case “song” has been replaced with “awards.” The class will explore, as well as taste, some of the wines recommended by Sakura, the group that confers the Japan Women’s Wine Awards during an annual event that is getting an increasing amount of attention. We will also examine some varietals and wine-producing regions with which you may not be familiar.
